Discover Tanjong Pagar has co-created a playground with the community, for the community. The play area created at DTP Community Green is a showcase of collaboration and possibilities, the people and government agencies behind the scenes to support this project made for the community.
A partnership with Roger&Sons who design and built the playground, took inputs from site analysis, user interviews, pre-school sketching and community voting.
Their design approach is to encourage pretend play, spark creation & discovery amongst children & we are already observing children intuitively using their motor, social and social skills during their play at DTP Community Green.
The space is also pet-friendly, a great venue for your furkids to socialise with others during their daily walks.
The transformation of the space has also sparked new connection and communication amongst the Tanjong Pagar Community.
